Refund policy

 

At Alea Rae Swim, we want you to love your purchase. If your bikini isn't quite right, we are happy to offer a return for an exchange or refund, provided the following conditions are met.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be in brand new, original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Have the hygiene sticker attached
  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on swimwear where the hygiene sticker has been removed, damaged or tampered with.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer at your own cost.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another size, colour or style, please lodge your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we can offer you a refund instead.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 1-3 business days for the money to be processed back to your account.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is deemed faulty, the return shipment cost is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of an item being deemed faulty, we will cover the costs for shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order, as Alea Rae Swim is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will assess the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets all of our return conditions outlined above.

Sale Items

Please note that all sale items are final. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Cancellation of order

Please ensure that all items in your order are correct, and that your delivery address is correct as we cannot cancel orders once they are placed.
