At Alea Rae Swim, we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read the information below regarding our processing and shipping times.

Order Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, launches or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, the following estimated delivery timeframes apply:

EXPRESS SHIPPING: $13.00: 2-4 business days

STANDARD SHIPPING: $10.00: 5+ business days

Free shipping is available on all orders over $200 AUD.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including public holidays, weather, carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow and receive updates regarding your parcel.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Alea Rae Swim is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
